Project Description: Long term project to develop pediatric cardiac services in Belarus. In Minsk, develop cardiac surgery, anesthesia, post-operative care and interventional cath lab techniques. In Gomel, improve diagnostic capabilities and neonatal preoperative care. The project is cosponsored by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus, Chernobyl Children's Project International and a number of Gift of Life programs in the Northeast United States.
