Project Description: Amrita Institute has a rapidly developing cardiac program with a commitment to community service. Children's HeartLink has chosen it as a partner site to help the hospital advance its cardiac programs and provide better service to the area. A US consultant will work with AIMS to improve infection control, fund a study on the relationship between nursing retention and post-op infection rates, and continue to support AIMS in organizing a regional conference on pediatric heart disease.
