Project Description: Red Cross Children’s Hospital in Cape Town is CHL's newest partner site. In collaboration with consultants provided by the WHO, CHL will work with the hospital to develop, pilot, and report on new strategies for critical care nurse training and retention. The program goals include fostering a mutually beneficial relationship between nurses from South Africa and the U.K./U.S. to enhance the development and availability of critical care nursing staff while improving non-salary employee benefits.
